Han's Fav Lunch - Deep Fried Salt and Pepper Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:   Chicken Breast, salt, white pepper, garlic
Seasoning: soya sauce, corn flour, oyster sauce, sesame oil
Mixed flour: Kentucky Flour + Rice Flour

1. Cut chicken into strip. Season for 1 hour
2. Coat all chicken strips with Mixed Flour. Leave aside.
3. At the meantime, heat up oil.
4. Deep fry chicken till golden brown.
5. Remove oil leaving only a bit enough to brown the garlic.
6. Add in salt and pepper.
7. Add in chicken. Fry for 1 min.
8. Done!
