Breakfast Fried Rice from left overs


Ingredients: Left-over fish, ikan pusu, shallots, eggs, salt and pepper

1. Chop up left-over fish (de-bone)
2. Pan fry ikan pusu till golden brown. 
3. Add shallots
4. Add fish
5. Add rice. 
6. Add eggs. Stir
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Done!
