Breakfast Fried Rice from left overs


Ingredients: Left-over fish, ikan pusu, shallots, eggs, salt and pepper

1. Chop up left-over fish (de-bone)
2. Pan fry ikan pusu till golden brown. 
3. Add shallots
4. Add fish
5. Add rice. 
6. Add eggs. Stir
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Done!

Han's Fav Lunch - Deep Fried Salt and Pepper Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:   Chicken Breast, salt, white pepper, garlic
Seasoning: soya sauce, corn flour, oyster sauce, sesame oil
Mixed flour: Kentucky Flour + Rice Flour

1. Cut chicken into strip. Season for 1 hour
2. Coat all chicken strips with Mixed Flour. Leave aside.
3. At the meantime, heat up oil.
4. Deep fry chicken till golden brown.
5. Remove oil leaving only a bit enough to brown the garlic.
6. Add in salt and pepper.
7. Add in chicken. Fry for 1 min.
8. Done!

Today's lunch recipes for the kids

Spaghetti  with left over Oven Baked Garlic Chicken

1. Cook spaghetti as per instruction.
2. Shred the chicken
3. Chop garlic (my sons love lots of garlic - chopped till invisible)
4, Heat up Olive Oil. Saute chopped garlic
5. Add in the shredded chicken.
6. Add in 1/2 cup of water. ( Soup if you have)
7. Add in Fish Sauce and black pepper to taste.
8. Mix thoroughly with cooked spaghetti!
9. DONE... Qi and Han favourite!
10. My Own Favourite .... Add in cooked prawn and home cooked chilli oil!
